In a quest to reduce unemployment rate and poverty level among young individuals in the lcda, Hon.Princess Olajumoke Jimbo Ademehin Executive Chairman of the council collaborates with a popular beauty institution LAWKHART VILLE BEAUTY COMPANY to organize A 3day empowerment training programme for women on WIG MAKING, CLOSURE AND FONTAL INSTALLATION.
The training which took place at the council secretariat hall received participants from the 5 wards in the lcda to benefit from the empowerment training programme.
Mrs. Adeaga Lawal Adetola CEO Lawkhart Ville beauty company limited disclosed that the idea is part of their effort to give back to the community they belong to and a way of rendering the company cooperate social responsibility.
The company resolved to collaborate with the grassroot government to ensure the objective is achieved.
Mrs. Adeaga however appreciates the council chairman for given the company every support to ensure women in the community are empowered to reduce unemployment chain in the lcda.
The Council boss gave kudos to the management of the Lawkhart Ville for the rigorous practical processes they deployed to train the participants.
Princess admonished the participants to make adequate use of the knowledge they acquaired to benefit themselves and transform it to wealth within short period of time.
Hon. Ademehin emphasized to incoporate the programme into council activities to enhance continiuity.
