Following the collapse of the 21-storey building in Ikoyi yesterday, the rescue operation embarked upon has seen Nine persons have so far rescued, while nine others have been rescued alive.
it would be recalled that six corpses were rescued yesterday while Four more corpses were retrieved from the rubble on Tuesday, which brings the death toll to 10.
Following the accident, the Lagos State Emergency Management Agency (LASEMA) activated an emergency response plan to deal with the situation, and rescue efforts are currently ongoing at the site.
The building project which was being handled by Fourscore Homes, had 2022 as its delivery date.
