Nigerian comedian and actor, Ayo Makun, popularly known as AY Comedian, has suggested that a Big Brother Naija edition be organised for the nation’s presidential aspirants in forthcoming elections.
The successful comedian made this suggestion on his official Twitter page. According to him, youths gave up on the electoral process the moment they realised that their votes don’t count.
He therefore made a case for all future presidential aspirants to be selected as housemates in a newly organised Big Brother Naija edition.
AY further stated that for people to see that young Nigerians can be committed to electing the right people, the process has to be fair and seamless.
The stand up comedian wrote:
“Our youths quit on (the) electoral process of Nigeria since (the) day they knew that their votes hardly count. Just make (the) process fair & seamless. Let’s have a Presidential BBN edition with all aspirants as housemates on live TV, then (you) will understand (the) ICONIC fierceness of (the) 9ja youth.”
