ALAAFIN ABUBAKAR AKANBI ADEDOKUN SIYANBOLA OLADIGBOLU.
(THE ALAAFIN OF OYO)
JAN- 1911 – DEC 19- 1944.

It is inhuman for any soul not to taste death . It is Not possible for a good Heritage not to remembered. So it is not possible to tell History on Nigeria without mentioning your name.
You ruled the most difficult tribes in africa to control even without any level of wester education. Nigerian was born and delivered to your palms . The nigeria history recognise you and your native intelligence. The colonial authorities testified to your existence. You came to this world, you saw and you conquered.
Those who had all the academic qualifications respected your existence , your intervention and your Exit. No wonder the British authority Honoured you with CMG. ( Commander Of St Michael & St George )

What marvels me most about your life is the fact that, there was no single value for education in the regions whatsoever during your reign. But those who went to Cambridge, Harvard&Co with countless Honorary awards spent all their previous time on research Just to write about you.

You are actually worthy of the name given to you by northern brothers ( BABA N NIJERIYA)

Dear Grandpa. The fear of staying your cleanest Name is one of the reasons why we your children are always been careful in life in all our endeavours. And we promise your creator and your spirits to continues the good legacy you left behind.

May your Gentle Soul continue to rest in perfect peace of almighty Allah.
