Festival of India, the first and much-anticipated celebration of Indian culture will hold this Saturday, August 13, 2016, at Tafwawa Balewa, Onikan, Lagos.
Among the list of artiste expected to perform include Davido,Pasuma Wonder, Alhaji Sulaimon Adio Atawewe, Sammie Okposo, Tee Mac and Ara.
They will perform along side their India counterparts such as Anup Jalota, Bollywood Diva Yuvika Chaudhary and a host of other rising stars, dancers, and dramatic artists.
Highlights of the festival will include procession display of various Indian costumes, dressing and dance groups representing different states in India. Festival of India will also host internationally renowned traditional and contemporary musicians, dancers and dramatic artists from India and Nigeria.
Attendees can also expect things like sumptuous, vegetarian feast, transcendental art and bestselling books on yoga and meditation.
