MTV MAMA 2016
This years edition of the MTV Africa Music Awards will hold in Johannesburg at the Ticketpro Velodrome.
The event will feature performances from African acts including Nasty C, Babes Wodumo, Yemi Alade, Ycee, Cassper Nyovest, Alikiba, Wizkid, DJ Maphorisa, C4 Pedro and Kenya music group Sauti Sol. American rapper Future will also be performing at the event.
The MTV MAMA 2016 was meant to be hosted by comedian Trevor Noah will now be hosted by South African TV personality Bonang Matheba.

Nigerian artistes Tiwa Savage, Falz, Tekno, Wizkid, Yemi Alade, Kiss Daniel, Burna Boy and Simi have all been nominated in various categories.
