Ahead of the September 5 reopening of airports for international flights , the minister for aviation Hadi Sirika has announced the reopening of international airports in Abuja and Lagos both locked due to the corona virus pandemic. The minister who took to his tweeter account to announce the reopening, thanked Nigerian for their patience , understanding and cooperation towards our collective safety. In his tweet, Mr Sirika said. “I am very glad to announce the reopening of Abuja and Lagos airports for international flights for the 5th of September, 2020. We remain grateful for your understanding and patience towards our collective safety. Earlier tweet deleted due to date error. Apologies, my bad! 🙏🏽🇳🇬🙏🏽“
