Lagos State School of Nursing, Igando has commenced the sales of forms for admission of new students for a 3-year General Nursing Programme which commences in September, 2017.
In a statement released by the school authority, the sale of forms which commenced on Wednesday, 3rd May, 2017 will be on for four (4) weeks and is expected to close by 2:00pm on Friday, June 2nd, 2017. Candidates between 18 and 23 years old, with credits in five (5) subjects including English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Physics and Chemistry at not more than two (2) sittings will be eligible for this exercise.
All application forms are to be obtained at the Lagos State School of Nursing Complex, Igando, LASU-Isheri road (within the premises of Alimosho General Hospital) after the payment of the sum of N5,000 (Five Thousand Naira) only into the Skye Bank with the following details:

The statement said further that a copy of the teller and automated receipt must be produced by the applicant at the point of collection and completed application forms with relevant documents like Birth Certificate, Testimonial and WASSCE/NECO results will be submitted at the school premises.
The entrance examination, which will cover English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Physics, Chemistry, General Knowledge, Current Affairs and Introduction to Nursing, will hold on Wednesday, 17th June, 2017at the Lagos State School of Nursing Complex, Igando by 8 am.
