Politics

Politics is the process by which groups of people make decisions and govern themselves. It involves the distribution and exercise of power, authority, and influence within a society or organization. Politics encompasses a wide array of activities including the creation and implementation of laws, policies, and regulations, as well as the negotiation and conflict resolution among differing groups and interests.

Political interactions can occur at various levels, from local governments to international relations, and can include various actors such as individuals, political parties, interest groups, and institutions. Different political ideologies and systems, such as democracy, autocracy, socialism, and capitalism, shape how political processes are conducted and how power is arranged and exercised.

At its core, politics is concerned with the questions of who gets what, when, and how, as well as the means by which conflicts over resources, rights, and priorities are adjudicated in society. It plays a fundamental role in shaping the social, economic, and cultural frameworks within which communities function.
