Ilesa in osun state was in full celebration on 4th of February,2023 at the final burial ceremony of Pa. Emmanuel Kayode Fawumi, father of Abiodun Kayode Fawumi CEO of Ekocity Media Company a foremost media organization in Lagos, Nigeria.
The event began on 3rd of February 2023 with lying state at his residence in Adebayo Abon Street off international breweries factory Omi Asoro Ilesa while christian wake keep took place at 5pm in Adebayo Abon community hall anchored by the resident pastor Adewoye and other anointed men of God , the church service took place on 4th Feb at the Victory life chapel Imo Ilesa where he was bestowed with last respect as one of the committed member of the church before taking back to his residence for final interment .
PA fawumi Emmanuel during his lifetime is a business tycoon, philanthropist and a generous man to his people, community and anyone that crossed his part and lovers of children.
He travelled across the globe for business dealings and among the cities he visited was Paris, Japan, Jakarta, London, Belgium, Germany, Hongkong, Ghana, Togo and Benin Republic.
He was 76 years at death , he lived a fulfilled and great life and has produced successful children who are engineers, architects, scientists , journalist and host of business men and women .
