NDA Support Group Honours Folashade Tinubu-Ojo and Others


The first and largest Diaspora Asiwaju support Group; NDA honours, Folashade Tinubu-Ojo, Dr. Ramatu Tijani, Dr. Abike Dabiri-Erewa, Dr. Hassan Liman, Dr. Raji Nasiru, Amb. Mboto and others in Abuja.

The chairman Central planning committee who is also the group Country Director Alh. Abiola Wasiu while addressing news men after the group review meeting that was held as Nanet Suites in the Central Business District of Abuja revealed that Nigeria Diaspora for Asiwaju NDA has concluded plans to hold a commemorative inauguration ceremony at Palladium Garden Residence Hotel in Katampe Extension Abuja. He further revealed that the group will use the ceremony to honour certain individuals who they consider to be icons and champions of Asiwaju electoral victory. These individuals contributed immensely to the presidential campaign of Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu and his Vice Senator Kashim Shettima.

He express delight at the efforts and contributions of the group nationwide to the success recorded so far towards having a successful inauguration ceremony and award night.

The group Global Director General Mr. Akin Badeji commended the Chairman Central planning committee chairman and the members of the committee for their untiring efforts. He expressed optimism that the ceremony will be a huge success.

Alh. Abiola listed Folashade Tinubu-Ojo the Iyaloja General of the Federation, Dr. Ramatu Tijani outgoing Minister of State for the FCT, Dr. Abike Dabiri-Erewa the Executive Chairman Nigeria Diaspora Commission, Dr. Hassan Liman SAN, Dr. Raji Nasiru the Director General Nigeria Productivity Centre NPC, Dr. Amb. Alfred Mboto a very close associate of Governor Ben Ayade of Cross River State, Alhaji Muritala Yakubu Ajaka and Dr. Toba Oloyede as awardees of the first categories. The second category will be unveiled shortly.

The meeting had members of the group from across the globe in attendance among whom are Mrs. Vivian Osadebey-Ndah, Dr. Adewale Oyinlola, Mr. Chidi Adabanya, Hon. Bunmi Kama, Ms Tosin Aragbaye and many othets
