PDP’S SUIT AGAINST TINUBU, SHETTIMA OVER DOUBLE NOMINATION HAS BEEN DISMISSED BY THE SUPREME COURT

The supreme court of Nigeria dismisses PDP case against Tinubu and Shettima’s double nomination. The supreme court fines PDP 2 million naira and claims that PDP lacks the right or locus standi to institute the case since they are not part of the APC.
