European Regulations

European Regulations are legal acts adopted by the European Union (EU) that are binding in their entirety and directly applicable in all member states without the need for national legislation. They are one of the primary forms of EU law, alongside directives and decisions. Regulations are used to ensure uniformity and consistency across the EU in areas such as trade, environment, consumer protection, and public health. Once a regulation is enacted, it must be followed by all EU member countries, ensuring that the same rules apply equally to all, promoting the single market and facilitating cooperation between states.
