In thier quest to host a successful Oshodi Veteran games, a sports foundation named unstoppable Sports Foundation is seeking the sponsorship and support of popular politician and philanthropist, Adebanji Atewogboye fondly called Skibanj
The event which is aimed at boosting sporting and business relationship among veterans, while also inspiring future stars of tomorrow in the game.
In a statement seen by our reporter, the mission of the foundation is “ to establish good sports buisness relationships among veterans /stakeholders for the betterment of the game and also to mentor and inspire young stars by igniting their passion for the game of football”
According to the organizers , the event through the power of sports will promote and sustain peace and development in Oshodi.
The event which will take place on the 22nd of August 2022 will feature 12 All stars team in a 7- aside competition with the age limit of 40 years and above with the winner going home with lots of prizes including cash gifts.
It would be recalled that this is not the first time foundations, individuals and organizers of philanthropic events will be Seeking the support sponsorship of Skibanj, as the popular politician and philanthropist has over the time demonstrated an attitude of giving irrespective of race , tribe or religion.
