There a proverbial word which saying some people have head but no cap to put on while some have cap with head. This is the exact story of a woman who wants divorce from her husband despite showing extreme love to her.

Wife files for divorce from ‘extremely loving’ husband who even ‘refuses’ to argue and yell at her A woman is seeking a divorce from her husband because he showers her with gifts and cleans the house without being asked, it has been reported. The wife says her husband’s “extreme love” has pushed her to a divorce, she told a Sharia court in Fujairah, United Arab Emirates.

He never yelled or argued with her and was always kind, but despite his affection, the woman claims her life was “hell” because of his “cruel-free treatment”, English language UAE newspaper Khaleej Times reports.

She has reportedly complained “his love and compassion are so over the top” and she wants a divorce. She told the court: “I am choked by his extreme love and affection. He even assisted me in cleaning the house without me asking him.” The woman said the couple never had an argument and the husband never shouted at her during their year-long marriage, according to reports.

When she complained about his weight, her husband even went on a strict diet and exercise regime that left him with a broken leg. Local media said this didn’t please her as she still complained about her husband’s compliments and gifts. She added: “I am eagerly longing for a single day of dispute, but this seems impossible with my romantic husband who always forgave me and showered me with daily gifts.

“I need a real discussion, even an argument, not this hassle-free life full of obedience.” The husband pleaded for the court to deny the divorce request. He said: “It’s not fair to judge a marriage from the first year, and everybody learns from their mistakes. “I am and always wish to be a perfect and kind husband.”

The court adjourned the case to give the couple a chance to settle the dispute themselves.
