The palace of the Oluwo of Iwoland, HIM Oba (Dr.) Abdulrosheed Adewale Akanbi, has postponed the proposed distribution of foodstuff and other relief items to the less privileged earlier scheduled to hold tomorrow, Wednesday 1st April, 2020.
Oba Akanbi said the postponement is in respect of the State Government’s stricter restriction on movement and total lockdown as 3 new cases recorded in Osun.
He stated the palace is waiting for standard directive from the government in effecting distribution of relief items to the poor.
He commended the state government of Osun under the leadership of Alhaji Gboyega Oyetola for his exceptional commitment to protect his people.
