Abuja-based woman, Chichi Eze, who made headlines in 2019 after her husband proposed to her with three luxury rings, is dead.
Chichi had shared a photo of herself wearing the rings with the caption “he went all out and proposed with 3 rings….I said Yes”.
However, following news of her death, some Nigerian celebrities have pointed accusing fingers at the deceased’s friends.
Comedian Ushbebe wrote in his Instastory posts:
“Chichi don’t have to die
Don’t call anyone your friend.”
Similarly, ex BBNaija housemate and actress, Ese Eriata took to her snapchat story, writing:
“I keep saying to everyone Everytime ‘stay away from friends’ cut them off life when you see the signs.
