The Magistrate Court in Abuja has ordered that Omoyele Sowore and four others be held at the Kuje Correctional Centre.
Tomorrow, January 5, 2020, their formal bail request will be heard.
It is recalled that Sowore was arrested on New Year’s Eve in Abuja by the police for leading a rally against bad governance.
The Federal Government is arraigning him alongside four others on three counts of criminal conspiracy, unlawful assembly, and threatening to incite others.
They all pleaded not guilty to the allegations.
