Following the signing of the new electoral bill, The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has announced the date for the presidential election which will hold on February 25, 2023.
Making the date public is Mahmood Yakubu, INEC chairman, who disclosed this on Saturday at a media briefing in Abuja.
He also stated that the national assembly elections will hold on the same day, while governorship and state house of assembly polls will take place on March 11, 2023
