Two weeks ago, Kizz Daniel threw the social media space into a frenzy with his song “FVCK YOU” which he later turned into a challenge giving anyone (especially artistes and celebrities alike) the avenue to call out those who had ill treated them (in the industry).
A City 105.1FM OAP by the name ‘Benny Ark’ came on air and claimed that Kizz Daniel’s version was aimed towards Singer Chidinma Ekile. He claimed that Chidinma was notorious for ‘hopping’ around.
It is no news that the singer and Kizz Daniel used to be an item before the relationship hit the rocks.
The singer, however, is not taking the OAP’s comments lightly and has sent a legal notice to him. She stated that the claims are false and slanderous.
Her lawyer, Ayo Shonaiya, who sent the notice to City FM, added: “This is just a Notice to the station and the OAP to retract his comments and apologise to Chidinma because those statements are false and defamatory. It is their next move or how they respond that will decide our next move”.
