Leadership can be said to be a crucial source of stability, creativity, and development at the Local Government level, because Lagos, prides itself as pace-setter in this regard, it becomes imperative that any Executive Chairman desirous of leaving lasting legacies must strive to seek and embrace optimum skills for leadership.
In line with this assertion, Engr. Dr. Valentine Buraimoh amongst several purpose driven colleagues is attending a leadership workshop at the Kennesaw State University Georgia as facilitated and endorsed by the Ministry of Local Government and Community Affairs.
By participating in this capacity building initiative, residents and institutions doing business in Amuwo Odofin Local Government should expect from its Mayor global best practice skills in effective communication, conflict resolution and proper optimization of opportunity windows as deliverables to further equip the office towards performing its statutory obligation as the Executive Chairman of a front liner council in Lagos State.
